Q4 – Review

Quarter 4 - Review December 2022

December ends, and 2022 is around the corner. It’s time to review Q4 goals before thinking about the next quarter.

As mentioned in MarchJuly, and October, remember that you want the goals you set to be aligned with the five SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound). When a quarter (or a month or a year) ends, don’t forget to review your progress before setting your following goals.

LESSONS LEARNED + GOALS FOR Q1 of 2022

Lesson 1. Funnels are essential. I realized in 2021 that sale funnels are so important for my business. A sale funnel will help your business speed up the sales process, build better relationships with leads and customers, provide a personalized approach, and generate more sales.

Lesson 2. Multiple sources of revenue are important. Having multiple sources of revenue helped me for the last 20 months (#covid). In 2021 I had 1:1 coaching, group coaching, two online courses, and one mini-course. Having multiple sources of revenue allowed me to have various cash flow sources that are coming in. I won’t lie, it was a lot to deal with, and sometimes I was exhausted, but it was worth it!

Lesson 3. Taking some time off is NOT an option. 2021 was unique but so demanding. When I took some time off for the holidays, I realized that it was not an option; I needed to rest. Now, I plan to take one week off every quarter. I will keep you posted in 3 months, but I have one week off planned on my agenda for now.

Here are my goals for Q1 for 2022:

Goal 1. Put both courses, The Website Factory, and The Business Factory, on evergreen.

Goal 2. Growing my email list to reach 5,000 subscribers.

Goal 3. Create two more masterclasses.

Remember to make sure your goals are still relevant and achievable. I hope you enjoyed my Q4 business update.

What about you? Ready to kickstart 2022?
