April and Q2 are approaching; let’s discuss your goals for the coming months.
Ensuring your goals align with the five SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) gives you an anchor on which to base all your focus and decision-making. Q1 just ended, don’t forget to review your progress before setting your Q2 goals.
Here are my five business goals for Q2, which can give you an idea for your business.
Create a VIP offer for The Business Factory online program
The Business Factory will reopen for enrollment in September 2021, and I want to create a VIP offer because the individual coaching session won’t be included next September. I need to create this VIP offer and start the promotion before summer!
Get new clients for my Mastermind
The Mastermind program is a coaching program for online business owners, and my goal is to start a new group of side hustlers just starting with their business idea.
Grow my affiliate income streams
While I did get affiliates interested, it’s not anywhere near what it could be. I didn’t have enough capacity to focus on this.
Launch Clubhouse discussions
I will start with Psychologist Dr. Jodi Peary tomorrow (one day before April 1). We will discuss relationships, transitions, business, and personal mindsets that can transform your life!
Launch three digital products (workbooks)
Last week, I launched my first workbook (The Business Idea Lab Workbook for $27), so I’m counting that as a goal for Q2 because it’s eight days short of the end of Q1. I’ll also start working with an agency to help me manage all the promotions related to these workbooks. ⠀⠀
Remember to make sure your goals are still relevant and achievable. I hope you enjoyed my Q2 business update and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what’s coming up next for my business.
