Episode 28 – CELEBRATE YOUR MILESTONES! It’s so important to value different milestones, and there are many occasions to celebrate. How often do you celebrate your success?
Jenna had her biggest month in terms of revenues, and she decided that she should celebrate, but she also wanted to promote her business at the same time!
I started my business two years ago… and I have a VA working with me 5 to 10 hours per week. We just had our biggest month in terms of revenues, and I decided that I should celebrate! Celebrate the growth of my business and the lessons learned over this amazing journey. How can I celebrate with my VA, my clients and promote my business at the same time… at the lowest possible cost? Can it be done? Any advice?
Here is what you can do when you want to celebrate BIG or small wins.
Treat your team (AKA you and your VA)
Your VA and you are your company’s lifeblood, and your success depends on both. Go for dinner or have a virtual cocktail party if you work from different locations. It’s time to say THANK YOU to your VA, celebrate this huge milestone, and set the goal for the next six months.
Publicize your milestone
Share your milestone on social media, blog posts, on your Podcast, or via emails. Informing your social media followers about your latest achievement is cost-free, allowing you to share your success and build trust with your audience.
You could also create a video about your milestone and share it widely. Think of including your VA in the video. Share your milestone but take the time to say THANK YOU to your clients in this video.
Another tip: Make your customers a special offer. Want to thank your existing customers and attract new customers simultaneously? Combine your milestone with a discount, sales event, or giveaway. This is an excellent way to highlight your achievements and, at the same time, give something back to your customers.
Remember to celebrate your progress, no matter how big or small. Whether you’ve exceeded a sales milestone or are approaching a significant anniversary, you should commemorate these accomplishments.
Do you take the time to celebrate your milestones? It’s so important, so take action today and establish what you will do next time you reach an important milestone in your business.
