I often get questions in my group coaching calls on how to stand out from the competition.

Each business owner is searching for a new product or service to get a unique offering that will stand out their business from the competition. But, sometimes, you have to take your eyes off the competition. You need to focus on what’s in front of you, your business!

Stop looking at every business you see and create something UNIQUE.

Here are three key elements to help you get started with your unique offering:

Focus on a narrow niche

What do you do that’s different from everyone else in your industry? Niche down because remember that you can’t sell everything to everyone! What’s your niche?

Deliver extraordinary service

Create a unique way of delivering your offer, something unique that everyone will talk about. What can you be complimented on the most?

Do business differently than your competitors

What’s the most excited about what you do? How do you address your customer pain points in a completely different way?

Those three key elements are your unique factors! Be sure to answer those three questions!
