After my post on March Madness, I received questions about how to create Instagram giveaways.

Remember that your goal is to build more awareness around your brand.

Giveaways help you reach a new audience, increasing brand visibility and encouraging more people to discuss your brand.

Here are some ideas for creating an Instagram Contest:

Challenge Contest

The person who solves the challenge first wins (or the first ten people who figure out your challenge). Ask them to message you once they know the answer.

Share to Win

Ask people to share your post or tag you in their stories to get your content in front of their friends and followers.

Tag a Friend

This is the most straightforward giveaway format… You ask people to follow you, like the contest post, and tag a friend or two.

Testimonial Contest

Ask people why they love your business, products, or services, or share an experience with your brand.

Voting Contest

Let your followers decide who gets the prize with a voting contest. This is a fun one because everyone likes to share their opinion.
