You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Business Atelier owns the property rights to all designs, graphics and photoshop or Canva files included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users. 

Each template has a ‘‘site credit’’in the footer. We ask that you keep the site credit on your final website. Designers are prohibited from claiming our themes as their own and promoting them as original work. 

All images used in demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are not for use with any live website. Images provided in these demo sites must be replaced with your own images. 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

A Password Protected Program Area: The Company shall maintain a Squarespace Template Tutorial Area that will include video, audio and/or written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, slide decks and other training and support information. You shall have access to this Squarespace Template Tutorial Area for as long as the Templates exist, however no less than 90 days. In the event that Company intends to close the Squarespace Template Tutorial Area, it shall provide clients with a 30 day notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Program Area, which is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.
