My weekend routine

Although I have an established weekly routine, I don’t follow the same one for the weekend. I often get questions about my routine, but not many people ask about my weekend routine, which is essential.

The weekend is a time to rest and prepare for the week ahead. Here is what I do during the weekend:

Have a healthy breakfast

Weekends are the time to take time out, so making time for lunch and healthy foods is essential.

Exercise

I always take the time to walk during the week, but I take an even longer walk on weekends.

Take time to see my friends

I always take the time to have a drink or dinner with friends on weekends… with the pandemic, we have transferred our dinner to virtual 5@7.

Meal Prep for the week

To be more efficient during the week, I prepare meals every Sunday… and one evening per week, I order dinner from a neighborhood restaurant.

Make a TO DO LIST for the coming week

On Sunday evening, I list the week’s events and coaching to give… I also include time to go for a walk and read every day.
