How do I know if I have succeeded?

How do I know if I have succeeded? Today, take time to reflect on the past year and look ahead to your goals for the new one.

WHY?!

Because you need to know what went well, what this year taught you, what needs to be left behind, where you need to go next, how you will evolve in the year ahead, who you will connect with, and how you will navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.

I love this time of year when I assess the past year’s results and set goals for the next 12 months. Each year, I’m surprised to see how far I have come … the connections I made, the new clients with whom I have had the chance to work, and the many people who have been part of my success.

Your question is probably, “How do I know if I have succeeded?” Every entrepreneur has a different answer to this question … and there are no right or wrong answers here.

In my case, I only have one answer to this question, which is beyond the financial results.

F-R-E-E-D-O-M

And by freedom, I am talking about mental freedom and financial freedom.

What is another word for mental freedom? I guess, for me, it’s peace of mind, pleasure, and happiness.

It’s also related to the fact that I can work from anywhere around the globe… (here is the post about our second home, our home away from home – in Switzerland)
